Why is there an apparent bias installed in the social services and doctor provider care network -- region to region - of the Ryan White Care Act that dismisses the client/patient person living with HIV/AIDS to be in an aggressively abrupt blockage of communication channels to not be given a community voice of cause and concern to hold influence and impact to be able to put some rational controls of common humanity and decency to address matters of apparent systemic hate that I particularly have endured to have had the only choice but to document for 15 years due to this extreme bias to shut the client/patient off from his standing in this community as a respectful, honorable, and hold dignity deserved to be a valued member of the HIV community that does not, should not, shall not, be hated on so severely?
The answer to this is apparent in all of this -- the after analysis conclusions.
This long-form question goes to open the debate up into segments of each and every step I make, I could not get a corrective function but to have been given my way to be walled into dealing maladjusted people in the leaderships presences of actions and behaviors outside of common sense.
