Since then I have a replacement phone [ different model ] --- I am seeing if I am re-tool this device as a "automated streaming cam" -- in order for me to do that -- I need to root the phone [ but I cannot use the screen to do any operations on the phone itself ] -- the phone OS is active --- the screen is BLANK --- non-operative.
