Since the incident at the Oakland Jack London AMTRAK station --- unresolved matters --
The m---od of resolve at the time offered to me,
"CALL THE 800 NUMBER" : 1-800-USA-RAIL
The conflict occurred for absolutely no justifiable reason --- I did nothing wrong.
"CALL THE 800 NUMBER", I was told. "CALL THE 800 NUMBER", I was told
I
would not back down -- from a bio-hazard that remained in the bathroom
that an "OUT OF ORDER" sign would have quickly resolved.
Failure
to get my point across, I was threatened to be identified and targeted
as violating some law [ perhaps disorderly conduct ]. Both ticket
agents threatened to call the police on me.
This situation --- if
I must completely document the entire story from begging to end --
shall either be offered the proper apology, man to man, face to face
with me or written to the domain that I own. @FUCKEDUPHUMAN.NET
Walking
away from the window with no ability to assert my human rights --- I am
now in a different time frame ---- I am now boarding my train:
The first person that see and encounter as a person of enforcement authority:
Conductor
Michelle [ Conductor in training actually ] --- for which I ask her as
she passes my seat for the first time, I do believe we had already
departed the platform.
In paraphrase, I ask her:
What is function here on this train?
Are you a security guard?
There
is obviously som---ing on my mind as I first enter the "security of
safe space" guaranteed "SAFE TRAVEL" on board an AMTRAK train. [
Apparently a separate entity than the Amtrak station. My position
NOT TRUE! -- SAFETY FIRST --- ACROSS THE ENTIRE SYSTEM ]
My
resolve here is absolute. There is no breaking down of my will to
achieve the proper resolve of this matter. I must assert som---ing
proper here of good relations and good common sense.
The full and complete story here will not be written at this time.
For these matter do take time to processes on all channels.
But all matters shall be treated under the standard of ANVO :

There
was a handwritten letter that I addressed to Conductor Michelle in my
attempts at resolve of these matters. I wrote the letter so that
there could be some respect for her job function separate from my need
--- for it was not an immediate need --- but was seeking what would be
an appropriate m---od to just get an apology from the dude without
getting anyone intro trouble. That is not my agenda here.
In the coursework of our train traveling time, we have come to a plan of resolve.
My handwritten letter was taken from me. I consider this letter my personal property. If failing that property right assertion, it was directed to the care of Conductor Michelle to be received by proper channels at Amtrak Administration. Before that letter was released from my personal possession, I made a copy of it via my cellphone camera snapshots. What is said in the letter is the truth to all of these matters.
I have been directed to pursue my complaint via a different channel than calling the 1-800-USA-RAIL number.
These
people are in receipt of my complaint --- I do not have full details to
what AMTRAK department or job title functions they represent.

I have been told this is Conductor Michelle's manager/boss.
I fully appreciate making an accord/understanding with Conductor Michelle.
If she was present during the incident and witnessed all of the events herself, she would have an different point of view than the one that she currently holds right now.
But I will call her right now @GRUWUP. She told me that I would not get an apology. She also came up to me with some eluding comment
that I was being a trouble rider and getting "banned" [her word] from
riding AMTRAK. I take exception to that assumption.
She promised me that my original letter would be in the care [ file? ] of Ricky Cutts. I told her my suspicions that my letter [ and its issues ] was going to get tossed. She made a promise to me, human to human, that it would not.
If it does.... Addressing to Conductor Michelle, that would be quite MESSED UP HUMAN of you. We can be nice here.
What I want --- I DESERVE AN APOLOGY!

folks, it seems that if you remain anonymous on this forum long enough,
and you challenge Zeuszor on his posting slander, you get harassed by
him to reveal who you are ..
...although all those of you who have been at this SO much longer than me are probably not surprised that Zeuszor could threaten to do this...
I've decided to bow out now, rather than continue to endure harassment and bullying from Zeuszor.
